Douglas E. Russo, of Chaffee Street, Providence passed away February 10, 2012 in the V. A. Medical Center, Providence. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Doris (Almy) Russo.
Doug was a carpenter for many years. He was also an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving his country proud for 2 years.
He was the father of Laura Lynn Bouchard; brother of Joseph A., Jr., John and Wayne Russo and Deborah Kramer and grandfather of 2.
His funeral will be held Friday at 10:00am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue Providence. Commital prayers and burial with Military Honors to follow at 11:00am in the R.I.
