Edith B. Connolly - Carnevale

JohnstonEdith B. Connolly - Carnevale, 86, of Old Pocasset Road, Johnston, died Saturday, December 29, 2007, at Briarcliffe Manor Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Anthony "Buddy" Carnevale and the late John H. Connolly, Jr. Born in North Providence, a daughter of the late Antonio and Egata (Geniale) Iemma, she lived in North Providence and Providence most of her life. She is survived by her son, Robert J. Connolly, and his wife Emily, of Exeter, and the late John H. Connolly, III. She also leaves a stepson, John Carnevale, of Providence, a stepdaughter, Janice Razza, and her husband, Ronald, of Johnston, her step daughter -in-law, Audrey Carnevale, of Greenville, and the late Honorable Justice Anthony "Buddy" Carnevale, Jr. She was a sister of the late John, Anthony, Frank, Mario, and Alex Iemma, Bertha Elliano, Dora DiVozzi, Jenny Mollo, Mary Villa and Agnes Mendes. The funeral service will be held Thursday, at 11:00 am, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick, to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Rhode Island Heart Association, 222 Richmond Street, Suite 108, Providence, RI 02903 in her memory will be appreciated.
