Warwick: Golato, Edith A. (Porreca), 91, formerly of Yellowstone Ave, died Tuesday at Alpine Nursing Home. She wasthe wife of the late Nicholas Golato. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Concetta (DiFilippo) Porreca. She is survived by her daughter, Edith Marra and husband Michael R. of Warwick and her son, Edmund C.Golato and his wife Paula ofNorth Kingstown, a sister Vivian Izzo of Providence, 6 grandchildren, Michael G. and Stephen P. Marra, Doreen A. Bullock, Peter S. and Christopher J. Golato and Erin S. MacDonnell, 4 great grandchildren, Nicholas K. Bullock, Brynne B., Trevor M. andKeegan P. MacDonnell. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 10am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd. Warwick. Mass of ChristianBurial will be celebrated at 11am in St. Gregory The Great Church, Cowesett Rd, Warwick. Entombment will be in Our RisenChrist Garden Mausoleum in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
