Edward J. Casey

Edward J. Casey, age 66 of Warwick,Passed away on June 2, 2011 at RI Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Shirley (Porter) Casey. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John T. and Martha (Imbeault) Casey. Before retirement, Mr. Casey was a Business Agent with Glaziers Local 1333 of District Council 11. He was also a loving and caring person who was devoted to his family. Besides his loving wife of over 47 years, he leaves his children, John F. Casey , of West Warwick, Tricia Colon of Warwick and Karen Raposa of Coventry and the late Judith Casey. Brother of John Casey of FL, Thomas Casey of Barrington, Robert Casey of Coventry, Rose Floody of Providence, Catherine Harnois, Martha Boss both of North Smithfield and Ellen Casey of FL. He was the grandfather of Austin, Mason and Chase Raposa, Audrianna Casey, Zachary and Marissa Colon. His funeral will be held on MONDAY at 9am from The RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 142 Centerville Rd., WARWICK, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Gregory the Great Church, Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
