North Providence: Crenshaw-Gallagher, Eileen (Mangan), 70 of Homewood Ave, passed away on December 3, 2013 at Fatima Hospital. She was the wife of Anthony F. "Blackie" Gallagher. Born in Killorglin, Ireland, the daughter of Maurice and Ellen (O'Sullivan) Mangan. She was the mother of Sherry Perreault, Michael Crenshaw and Eileen Crenshaw; five grandchildren; sister of Kevin Mangan, John Mangan, Mary LeBouef and the late Patrick Mangan and Joan Mangan.Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013 from 8:30 am to 9:45 am in the Russell J.
