Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine (Kane) Lyon.
Eleanor was employed by Cellini and then Davol before retiring. She was an active member of St .Anthony Parish in Silver Lake and had a passion to cook for everyone.
She was the mother of Anthony J. Parillo, Jr. of Johnston, Thomas Parillo of Providence and Richard Parillo and his wife Susan of Johnston; beloved nana to Brandon and Tiffani Parillo, who she loved to share her time with as well as Thomas. She was also the sister of Colleen Weirich of Oregon and the late Jane Berube, Frederick Lyon and Carol Whalen.
