Eleanor Ruth Tully

Providence Tully, Eleanor R., 92, formerly of Basswood Avenue., died Monday at Hopkins Manor, North Providence. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John C. and Anne E. (Cummings) Tully. she lived in Providence most of her life before moving to North Providence three years ago. Miss Tully was a bank accountant for the former Old Stone Bank for 40 years.She was a member of the Hamilton House Senior Center and the Rosary & Altar Society of Saint Augustine Church. She leaves a sister, Dorothy E. Tully of North Providence, a niece, Lynne Palizzolo, 2 nephews, Stephen Tully and Mark Tully, 12 great nieces and nephews and 5 great great nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late John A. Tully and aunt of the late Joan A. Tully. The funeral and visitation will be held Thursday, 9:30 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Saint Augustine Church, Mount Pleasant Ave. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
