Eleuterio "Larry" Torti, III

Eleuterio “Larry” Torti III, 66, of Northup Street, Warwick passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on March 12, 2026. He was the loving husband of Paula (Northup) Torti for 30 years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Eleuterio Torti, Jr. and Lillian (Parrillo) Torti.

Larry was a bus driver for RIPTA for 25 years before retiring. Prior to working for RIPTA, he owned and operated A&L Construction.

Larry enjoyed spending time with his family on camping trips, fishing excursions and taking trips to Maine and New Hampshire. He also loved taking rides with his dog, Athena. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone in need.

He was the dear father of Kevin Torti; stepfather of Mark Nicholson and his wife Eden, Keith Nichholson and his wife Karen and Brian Nicholson; beloved brother of Karen Torti and the late Kevin Torti and cherished papa of Catherine, Sage, Allyson, Kristina and Krystal and great grandpapa of Jacob and Ethan.

His visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 7:30 PM.
