Born in Boston, MA she was the daughter of the late Ronald James and Dorothy ( Obuchon ) Petherick, Sr.
Ms. Foster worked as a cashier for many area retail businesses and was recently spotlighted in the Woonsocket Call for her contribution to Crepeau Court where she lived.
