She was the wife of the late Robert E. Dunscomb. Born in Stamford, CT, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (McDermott) Wales. Elizabeth was the beloved mother of William Dunscomb and his wife Autimes Moore, and Paul Dunscomb and his wife Karen Dunscomb, and the cherished grandmother of Gabriella, Chase, Ava and Aryanna Dunscomb. She was the sister of the late James Wales.
Elizabeth loved everything about being outdoors and enjoying nature. She especially enjoyed bird watching and feeding the birds in her yard. Elizabeth and her family were longtime residents of Longwood, Florida before moving back to New England, settling in Massachusetts in 2008.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 29th from 3-5 p.m. followed by her funeral service at 5 p.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Burial will be in the Florida National VA Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at a later date.
