Born in Haiti, he was the son of the late Fidele and Egla (Lamour) Pierre-Louis. Emmanuel was a Vocational Teacher and worked at Dauphin Plantation for many years until retiring.
He was the father of the late Jean Mary Augustin, Jean Pierre-Louis, Uhland Pierre-Louis, Theresa Pierre-Louis and Marie Andree Pierre-Louis. He had 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and he also had 9 brothers and 3 sisters.
Family visitation will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2020 from 9:30 am to 10:00 am in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence, RI followed by a service in the funeral home at 10:00 am.
