Cranston- Burns, Frances T. (Rogers-Ruggieri), 94, formerly of Grace St., died Thursday at Scalabrini Villa. She was the wife of the late Joseph L. Burns, Jr.Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa (Merluizzo) Ruggieri.She was a Past-President of St. Matthew Church Women's Club in Cranston.She leaves her 3 daughters, Carol A. Norato of West Palm Beach, FL, Barbara F. Wagner of Warwick and Kathleen C. Traynor of Virginia Beach, VA, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Frank Rogers, Minnie Tedesco and Rita Darling.Her funeral will be Tuesday at 9am from the Russell J. Boyle&Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd. (Route 117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am in St. Gregory the Great Church, Cowesett Rd, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Greenwich. Visiting hours, Monday 5-7pm.
