Born in the Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Emilio and Elvira (Jimenez) Bautista.
He was the father of Miguel, Leocio, Francisco, Manuel and Olmedo Bautista and Anna Felix; grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 14. He was also the brother of Mercedes Vasquez and he predeceases 4 other brothers and sisters.
His funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 791 Potters Avenue, Providence.
