Ramos, Francisco G. "Frank", 43, of, Solana Beach, CA, died Thursday, January 11, 2007, in Austin, Texas. Born in Sao Nicolau, Cabo Verde, he was a son of Manuel F. and Idalina (Gomes) Ramos. He had lived in Providence most of his life before moving to California nine years ago. Frank was a mortgage broker for the West Point Mortgage Company for the past several years. Beside his parents, he leaves two brothers; Antonio M. Ramos (P.F.D.) and John M. Ramos, four sisters; Silvia I. Pinto, Hilda R. Correia, Elcy I. Ramos and Elzira I. Ramos, a god-daughter; Nicole A. Ramos and several nieces and nephews. He was a brother of the late Miguel P. Gomes. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Patrick Church, Smith Street, Providence. Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visitation Tuesday 6-8pm.
