Frank A. Ricamo, 97, passed away August 18, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Dixanne (Root) Ricamo; they were happily married for 42 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Frank and Lucia (DiOrio) Ricamo. He was the father of Lucy Monti, Lisa Ricamo and the late Anthony P. Ricamo; stepfather of Kim Adair and Danny Nugent; grandfather of Stephanie, Sophia, Kevin, Mariah, and Micah; and great-grandfather of Thomas and Skylyn and loving uncle to several nieces and nephews in Syracuse, New York and Rhode Island. He was the brother of the late Nicholas and Anthony Ricamo, Jeannie Cusano and Marie Capaldi.
Frank was the executive chef and owner and operator of Frankie’s, Of Course! in Seekonk, MA. He was an accomplished talented self-taught chef who created recipes that he never tried himself, but people are still asking for today over 30 years later. He had hands of Gold.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel in St. Francis Cemetery, 163 Smithfield Ave, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, www.bgca.org.
