and beloved husband of Carmen (Santoro) Brown.
Born in East Providence, RI, he was a son of the late Frederick and Julia (Small) Brown.
Fred served his country honorably in the United States Navy during World War II.
In addition to his wife Carmen, he leaves two sons, Robert Brown and his wife Remy, and Russell Brown; 3 daughters,
the late Arlene Marro; Nancy Massi; and Donna Hofelich, he was predeceased by his stepson Ronald Hofelich, his stepdaughter Barbara Arsenault,
10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Doris Russsell.
The funeral and burial with military honors, will be private due to current restrictions.
