Frederic Allen Fuller

Frederic "Fred" Fuller died peacefully at Rhode Island Hospital on October 23, 2017 in Providence, Rhode Island at the age of 83.Fred is survived, by brother Robert E. Fuller of New London, sister, Hope M. Fuller of Barrington. He is also survived by nephews William R. Fuller of New London and John J. Fuller of Old Saybrook and niece Gloria E. (Fuller) Anderson of Bailey, Colorado. He is preceded in death by parents Murette (Maynard) and Oliver A. Fuller of Providence.Fred was born on February 19,1934 in Providence, Rhode Island. He was married to former spouse, Dora M. Greggi of Providence. Fred last worked for The Marriott on Orms Street in Providence for many years as a cook as well as other positions. He also worked for the Quonset Naval Air Station in maintenance.He was a kind-hearted person who loved Block Island, fishing and boating, even in his later years he would still go over to Block Island for trips and would do painting. He also loved to read, cook and was everyone's friend. His funeral with visitation will begin on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 9:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
