Griffith H. Williams Sr.

Griffith was a machinist for the Narragansett Brewery for 28 years and later for Eclipse Coffee Syrup before retiring. He was a member of the Tri-City Elks, Local 14 and a WW II Navy Veteran.

He was the father of Griffith H. Williams, Jr. and his wife Diane and AnnMarie Sequin and her husband Richard; grandfather of Erica Stackhouse and her husband Tony and Amber Peluso and her husband Douglas, great grandfather of Jada and Andreya Stackhouse and brother of Margaret Swensen.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 10:15 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 am in St. Bartholomew’s Church, Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial, with Military Honors to follow in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITATION FRIDAY 5-8 PM.
