Memories of my Uncle Harvey take me right back to my childhood. His physical "big" presence was something that a young girl could be frightened of... however his warmth and fun loving spirit around me, always left me with a happy feeling. In my eyes he was a gentle giant. He always told jokes to make me laugh, and teased my dad (his younger brother) playfully. He had an ease about him, that always made me feel comfortable. As the years went on, and our families have grown, I did not get to see him very much. However, when I saw him about 2 years ago, at Russells' wedding, it was like I saw him every day. The ease, the comfort of talking with him... no mistaking him for anyone else. He will always be, my uncle Harvey. My sympathy to my Aunt Florence, my cousins, and their families.

Hoping both the Beringhause brothers have found peace. xoxo
