JohnstonHelen Wright, 88, of Johnston, died Tuesday, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. She was the loving wife of the late Charles E. "Ernie" Wright.Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John F. and Helen E. (Uskovich) Fox.Helen worked as a switchboard operator for the Cherry and Webb Department Store for many years. She also worked as a clerk at Blue Cross Blue Shield before retiring. She leaves two sisters, Catherine B. Fox and Patricia A. Perrigo, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John F. and Robert F. Fox, Shirley A. Palmeri, Marion V. Brooks, Arlene Fox and Margaret Fox.Burial will be on Tuesday, March 15 in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, 100 Harrison Ave, Warwick, RI 02888, to which relatives and friends are invited.
