Iolanda Swinesburg(Avanzo), 89, of Charles St., died Thursday at Briarcliffe Manor. She was the wife of the late Allen H.Swinesburg.Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Cira (Balzanelli) Avanzo.She leaves her children, James and Richard Swinesburg and Shirley Willilams, her two sisters, Rachel Swinesburg, and Theresa Gavrillen, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Allen H.Swinesburg Jr. and sister of the late Frank, Joseph, Paul and Dante Avanzo and Rose Groccia and Louise LaFazia-Black. Visting hours will be SATURDAY, from 5-8pm in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smit St. Providence. Burial will be private.
