LUKENS, IRA BERNARD, J.D., Esq., of Cranston passed away quietly in his sleep Wednesday March 18, 2015, entering into the eternal rest of heaven. He leaves behind his family and friends Patricia, Josh, David, Steve, Sarah, Jean, Anne, and two cats Duie and Benjamin. He was born June 30, 1951. He grew up in South Orange, NJ, attended the Peddie School in 9th grade and the Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ. He received a BA in Fine Arts from Pratt University and was an accomplished artist and sculptor. Later in life he earned a J.D. from Tulane University. He will surely be missed by friends and family alike, of whom there are many. Hopefully he is entertaining the angels in heaven with his great sense of humor. His soul awaits life again at the regeneration of the dead.
