PROVIDENCE - BRENNAN, Janet F., R.N., 81, of Convent Street, died Wednesday at home. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Patrick and Catherine (O'Brien) Brennan, she lived in Providence most of her life. Miss Brennan had been a registered nurse. She was a graduate of the St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing, and went on to practice nursing at St. Joseph Hospital in Providence for many years. She was a communicant of St. Augustine Church. She is survived by her friends and caregivers Norbert B. Stamps, Jr., Neil M. Stamps, and John F. Stamps. She was the dear friend of the late Norbert B. Sr. and Margaret C. Stamps. Her funeral will be Monday at 8:30am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Avenue. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery.
