Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Shirley (Collins) Millard and the late Percy Millard.
Jayne had worked at the Growing Children Day Care Center of Providence.
She was the mother of Eric Millard; companion of Bruce Fournier; sister of Nancy S. Millard and her companion David Hanson, sister of the late Raymond and Paul Millard.
Visitation Tuesday 4:00-6: 30 p.m. followed by a service at 6:30p.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
