Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Jerry was the son of the late Frank H. and Levia (Ramaglia) Stern.
Jerry served his country proudly as a sailor in the United States Navy, stationed on board the aircraft carrier, the U.S.S. Intrepid.
Besides his wife, Jerry is survived by his sons, Jerry T. Stern, Jr. and his wife, Cheryl, Michael S. Stern, his brothers Frank H. Stern, Jr., Robert Stern, his grandchildren, Marissa A. Stern, Quinn Stern, Hannah F. Stern and two great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late James Stern, Constance Xavier, and Irene Lambert.
Funeral and burial with military honors will be private.
