Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late William and Harriet (Reilly) Polk.
She was the loving sister of Michaela Coningford (John) and Anne Plamondon; cherished aunt of Jeffrey Plamondon (Joanna), Jamie Duffy (the late Shane), and Jacob Plamondon; and adored great-aunt of Mackenzie, Vincent, Salvatore, Micky, and the late Elliana.
Her funeral services and burial will be private.
