

CoventryUrwin, John H. III, 23, of Princeton Avenue, died Saturday of injuries sustained from a traffic accident in South Kingstown. Born in Warwick, a son of John H. Urwin, Jr. and Laurie L.(Laboissonniere) Urwin, both of Coventry, he had lived in Coventry most of his life. John was well known by his infectious smile, and could light up any room he entered. As a senior at the University of Rhode Island, due to graduate in May with a Degree in Education, he was a member of the University Crew Team. He was a 2001 graduate of Coventry High school, where he was a member of the Concert Band, and a co-captain of the school Track Team. An avid sports fan, he was a fan of the New England Patriots. He was a member of the Eastern Poker Tour, and had been a popular waiter at T.G.I. Friday's in Warwick for the past several years. Beside his parents, he leaves a brother; Kevin M. Urwin, a sister; Leah K. Urwin, both of Coventry, his maternal grandparents; Richard E. and Harriet (Jacobson) Laboissonniere, of West Warwick, his paternal grandparents; John H. and Charlotte (Curry) Urwin, also of West Warwick, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his fiancAC., Melissa Nagy. He will be dearly missed by everyone. Visiting hours Tuesday, 4 - 8 pm, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt. 117) Warwick. Relatives and friends are also invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, at 10:00 am, in Saint John the Baptist Church, 20 Washington Street, (Artic), West Warwick.
