Cranston: Kilroe, John J., 91, formerly of Fiat Ave, passed away Wednesday at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late John and Katherine (Scally) Kilroe. He is survived by several cousins. John was a purchaser for Temkin Tobacco Co. for 25 years and later worked at Costello Brothers, for 21years,retiring in 1981 Funeral and visitation will be held on Saturday at 7:45 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am in St. Ann Church, 1493 Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Donations to Cedar Crest Nursing Centre, 125 Scituate Ave, Cranston, RI 02920, in his memory would be appreciated.
