John A. Tomasso

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Maria (Salzillo) Tomasso.

John was a purchasing agent for Image Jewelry of Franklin, MA and known to many as "President" of Presidential Place where he resided. He was also an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was the loving father of Tammy Donley and her husband John, Tracy LeBlanc and her husband Dennis and Tricia Biondi and her husband Antonio; grandfather of Miranda, Alyssa, Antonio, Jr. and Dimitri and brother of Ronald, Robert and Viola Tomasso, Linda Lombardi, Debra Matera, Patricia Brown and the late Richard Tomasso and Loretta Seal.

His visitation will be held Thursday from 4-7 pm in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence, followed by a service at 7 pm. Burial will be private.
