Joseph A. “Bud” Conley, 89, passed away January 27, 2016. Husband of Dona L. (Wecher) Conley; son of the late Joseph A. and Sadie V. (Costello) Conley; father of Michael J. Conley and his wife Karen, Kathleen A. Machala and her husband Edward, and Peter F. Conley (PPD) and his wife Sheri; brother of Raymond R. Conley and Eleanor T. Perdue. He also leaves 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Mr. Conley was a WWII Army Veteran and a supervisor at Bonanza Bus Company formerly New England Transportation for 48 years before retiring.
Visitation will be held Sunday 3-6 p.m. with his funeral on Monday at 10 a.m. from PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Burial with military honors will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
