Joseph Landi Jr.

Joseph Landi, Jr., 86, passed away October 12, 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Providence, a son of the late Joseph Sr., and Anna (Testa) Landi. Beloved husband of Constance “Connie” (Bouchard) Landi. Devoted father to Joann Landi. Brother of Richard Landi and his wife Sharon, Susan Baccari and her late husband, Richard, Angela Leone and her husband Frank, and the late Anthony and Salvatore Landi.

Joseph was a devoted husband for 64 years to Connie. He was a member of the Rhode Island National Guard. He was employed as a Sheriff assigned to the Rhode Island Superior Court, retiring after 30 years of service. He also worked as Vendor for Rockwell Amusements for 30 years and was a member of the 828 Club on Charles Street.

Visitation and funeral will be held, Friday, October 18, 2024 starting at 9:30 am in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial to follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
