Judith A. Whelan

North Providence: Whelan, Judith A. (Ghiloni), 66, of Douglas Terrace, died Sunday at Hattie Ide Chaffee Home, in East Providence. She was the wife of William R. Whelan. They had been married for 48 years.Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Lillian (Fletcher) Ghiloni.She is also survived by her children, William V. Whelan of West Warwick, Leslie A. Gerundio of Providence, Kelly A. McDonald of North Providence, a brother, Earl C. Fuller of Everett, MA; a sister, Bette-Anne Einarrson of Benicia, CA, 6 grandhildren and 1 great granddaughter.Mrs. Whelan worked at Women and Infants Hospital for 28 years. She was a member of NARVE Unit-32.Her funeral will be Thursday at 9:00am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St. Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am in St. Pius V. Church, Eaton St., Providence. Burial will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, 4-8pm.
