Juliann was happiest when she was with her family, Nancy and Arthur Mullen, Robert and Lidia Oster, and Joan Oster, and with her “best friends” Kim Marthers and Nicole Miranda. Juliann loved the beach, traveling and a good meal. She will be missed by her nieces Laura Mullen, Kate Arsenault, Amy Lambert, Sarah Oster Kelly, Danielle Oster Sarfati, and Alana Oster Elias as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private.
