Kenneth J. Baxter, Sr

West WarwickBaxter, Sr., Kenneth J., 68, residence West Warwick passed away Thursday peacefully at home. He was the beloved husband of Geraldine A.(Winters) BaxterBorn in Providence he was a son of the late Joseph & Palmetta (Silva) Baxter. He was the loving father of Joanne Fortune, Kenneth Baxter, Jr., Deborah Turcotte, Doreen Harrison, James Baxter, Michael Baxter, Geraldine Baxter, Anna Baxter and Edward Baxter. He was a brother of Charles Baxter, John Cisco, Ethel Dixon and Barbara Ellinwood. He was a brother of the late Joseph and Norman Baxter, Thomas and Hugh Burns and Loretta Plunkett. Kenneth was a proud and devoted grandfather of nineteen grandchildren and one great grandson. Many cherished family members will miss him dearly. He was a kind and caring neighbor of many friends at Clyde Towers. He surrounded his life around his family and left many unforgettable memories. Kenneth's funeral will be Monday morning, at 8:30 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt 117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in S.S. John & James Church, Washington Street, West Warwick. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting Hours Sunday 4-8 pm.
