I did not know Kevin and I've never met Kenny & Bernadette, but from our correspondence I feel very close to them. I will meet him in Heaven.  I pray that God will continue to comfort the family.

Dear Kevin,  I so wish that I could have known, you - I mean really known you.  I feel as though I know you from all of your pictures, videos and stories that your folks and your sister have shared with me.  I remember the first and only time that I met you at your Uncle Jim's wake.  I couldn't believe how tall, handsome and sweet you were - so dignified and respectful at your uncle's wake.  You had to come but you had to get back to work.  You were such a gentleman.  Your sweet nature reminded me so much of your mom.  I remember your dad and her looking at you - so proud - and who could blame them.  I know some day that I will really meet you in heaven.  And I know there are no coincidences with Jesus.  You left this world on the exact same date, February 5th, as the date my dear mom left this earth.  May I ask you to give her a very big hug for me as tomorrow will mark the anniversary of both of your new birthdates.  She would love one of your hugs as she so loved my husband's hugs.  And I heard you gave the best hugs.  I want to leave you with these words that I learned from your mom and dad who love you and Kerrie more than life itself, "Rest in the arms of Jesus". Oh Kev-Kev....I miss you so much. Its like you've become my sub-conscious...It's hard....you know what I'm going through and its hard....Every time I had a problem getting lost in my son's life and everyone else's.....you were the one to remind me who I was....I try to not lose that mind frame since I don't have you chastising me :)and I think I'm ok....I have been trying very, very hard to do all that I told you I would....and so far little by little I've gotten a bit done. I really miss you...miss your calls reminding me that "te quiero mucho mi amor" :0)Te amo Kevin.... and if I was ever robbed for all my nickels....they'll be in for a treat cuz its laundry day and all I have is quaters. haha. It still doesnt seem real to me,first my daughter  and now you I truly believe you came into my life for a reason, at that tragic time to help me realize life was worth living and you succeeded .How many nights you sat and watched jennas video with me and cried right along with me . you truly were a special person. I miss our monthly phone calls and really missed my may 10th call.You could always make me laugh no matter how down I was that day.you will always be in my thoughts and I know you finally met Jenna in heaven and are now looking down on us keeping us safe.ken and Bernadette  you raised a wonderful young man and should be proud.
