Lloyd M. Laughter, Jr

Laughter, Lloyd M., Jr., age 75 of Scenery Lane, passed away on November 22, 2009 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the beloved husband of Mary (Cahill) Laughter. Born in Hendersonville, NC, a son of the late Lloyd and Martha(Pehuff) Laughter. Before retirement, Mr. Laughter was employed by Star Market, as a meat cutter for over 39 years. Lloyd was very involved in his church, The So. Attleboro Assembly of God, where he was a Sunday school teacher and a teacher for the men's Bible Study. He was also a former member of Louisquisset Golf Club and a former president of Local # 328 Golf League. Besides his wife of over 36 years, he leaves a son John Laughter of Johnston, and 2 grandchildren, Carson and Emily. He was the brother of Virginia Hamilton, Ruby Pruitt and Connie Rhymer all of NC, and brother of the late TC and Lilli Mae Laughter . A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10am in So. Attleboro Assembly of God 1052 Newport Ave, South Attleboro MA. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Visitation will be held in the church on Friday from 4 to 8pm.
