Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Albert A. and Marguerite ( Saunier ) Lease.
Louise was a Licensed Practical Nurse for the State of Rhode Island working primarily at the Adult Correction Institute. She was co-founder of Cystic Fibrosis of RI in 1955 and was PTA President of Harmony School in 1960.
Louise is survived by her children, David Stephenson of Glocester, Mary Stephenson of Cranston, her grandchildren, David Stephenson, Daniel Stephenson, Benjamin Waters, Kathleen Waters, Christine Lucciola, her great grandchildren, Sophia Waters-Burns, Maeve Lucciola, Caoimhe Lucciola, Charlotte Stephenson and Gregory Stephenson.
Louise was mother of the late Robert Stephenson and sister of the late Dorothy Crowell and Margaret “ Betty “ Blais
