Born in Manhattan, New York, she was the daughter of the late Luis Polanco and Francisca Herrera.
Luisa was the Clinical Director at the Providence Center for many years.
She was the loving sister of Jose, Yesenia, Rosa and Jyrom and aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM in the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 7:00 PM.
Burial will be Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM in North Burial Ground Cemetery, 5 Branch Avenue, Providence. Guests are asked to gather outside the main gate at 9:45 AM.
