Lincoln M. Suzanne Griffin, 68, of Lincoln, RI and Melbourne, FL, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, FL. She was the beloved wife of John P. Griffin. They were married for forty years. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was a daughter of the late Adrian and Jeanne (Longpre) Marcotte. Suzanne attended Saint Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in Providence, graduating in 1963, and continued working as a supervisor of nursing at the hospital until her retirement. Beside her husband John, she leaves two sisters, Jeanne (Jean Paul) Favreau of Satellite Beach, FL and Jeannine Ball of Bristol, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning, June 18, 2011, at 10:00 am, in the Cathedral of SS. Peter & Paul, One Cathedral Square, Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited. Arrangements by Russell J. Boyle & Son.
