Born in Azores, Portugal, she was Isidro and Lydia (Ataide) Pamplonia.
Maria was the mother of Sergio Santiago and his wife Maria, Fernando Santiago, Isidro Santiago, Manuel Santiago and his wife Sally Ann, Eva Santiago, Fatima Santiago and the late Carlos and Roger Santiago. She was also the grandmother of 26 and great grandmother of 28.
Committal services for Maria will be held Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
