He was the loving father of Matthew J. Petracca and his wife Tina and the late Mario A. Petracca, III; cherished grandfather of Michael, Nicholas, Alicia, and Caitlyn; great-grandfather of Faith, Amya, Sarah, and Jacob; and brother of the late Frank Petracca, Angela Hasbrook, and Vera Wilson.
Visitation will be held Friday 12:00-1:00 p.m. from the Pontarelli-Marino Home followed by a memorial service in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Adoption Rhode Island, www.adoptionri.org
