Mary Cerbo

She was a loving wife to the late William Cerbo and married to him for 60 years.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Rosina (Caldarone) Roberti.

During her life she also resided in Providence and West Warwick. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Cerbo, a grandson Erik May and was the sister of the late Amelia Gesualdo and Louis Roberti.

Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, cooking and hosting the holidays. She worked in manufacturing for many years at Guild Metal Corporation and Jewel Case in Providence.

A service of celebration will be held at Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Ave, Providence on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 2-3 PM followed by a reflection at 3PM in the funeral home. Burial will be private. Please omit flowers and send donations to Hope Hospice, Providence RI.

In her last years of life, we would like to extend as special thanks and gratitude to her caregivers, Bernice, Darlene, Arlene and Jane as well as the wonderful caring staff at Briaircliffe Manor. She was truly cared for and blessed.
