Mary A. Lennon

Cranstona�"Lennon, Mary A. (Martin) 102, died Wednesday, at the Sunny View Nursing Home, Warwick. She was the wife of the late John J. Lennon. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Owen F. and Camille (Bouthillier) Martin. she lived in the Mount Pleasant section most of her life before moving to Garden City 27 years ago. Mary was a communicant of the Church of Saint Mark. She was a former member of the Rosary and Altar society of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament and she was long active in Girl Scouts of Rhode Island.She is survived by three daughters, Jane C. McClanaghan of Warwick, Marjorie A. Reidy of Cranston and Judith M. Cafferty of Hingham, MA, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and sister in law of Rev. Joseph L. Lennon, O.P. She was a sister of the late Eugene F. Martin, Catherine V. Gatto and Jane E. Martin. Funeral and visitation Saturday morning at 8:30 am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in the Church of Saint Mark, Garden City, Cranston. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
