Cranston Mary Ahern Terry, 71, of Melrose Street, died Tuesday at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John J. and Mary (Deery) Ahern, she lived in Cranston for most of her life, previously living in Providence. Mary was employed by Federal Products as a quality control inspector for over twenty-five years, retiring in 2001. She leaves a daughter, Erin A. Marsella; three sons, Brian R. Terry, Michael J. Terry and Edwin R. Terry, Jr.; two sisters, Catherine R. King and Pauline A. McCartney; nine grandchildren and a great-grandson. She was a sister of the late James J. Ahern and Margaret A. Arnold. The funeral will be held Saturday, at 8:45 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Matthew Church, Elmwood Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Friday, 4 - 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Whitmarsh House, P.O.
