Matilda “Tillie” (Giammarco) Hartshorn, 85, passed away November 25, 2014. Born in North Providence, she was a daughter of the late Panfilo and Bertha (Nassi) Giammarco; mother of Sharon L. Lynch and Lawrence “Larry” Hartshorn; sister of Marie Rongione; grandmother of 4 and great-grandmother of 6. She was the sister of the late Hilda Colangelo, Gilda Coppola and Giglio Giammarco.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
