East Providence Nancy L. Nada, 58, of Vine Street, died suddenly Friday evening, February 10, 2012, after being stricken at home. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Matthew A. and Rita L. (Cote) Spooner. Nancy was a registered nurse at Rhode Island Hospital for several years. She was also a volunteer at the Silver Lake Community Police Station for several years. Nancy was a faithful communicant of the Truth Tabernacle U.P.C., Providence, for many years. She leaves two daughters, Jennifer Cabral and Melissa Caprio; a son, Matthew H. Nada; two brothers, Allan A. Spooner and Walter C. Spooner; two sisters, Rita Rapoza and Maryann Gaffney; four loving grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Joseph E. Spooner. The memorial service will be held Thursday morning, at 10:00 am, in the Truth Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, 542 Potters Avenue, Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited.
