He was the beloved husband of Anganie J. Williams. Born in Georgetown, Guyana, he was a son of the late Emily T. Douglas.
Neil was the father of Abeika Douglas, Romell Douglas, Raul Douglas, Neil Douglas Jr., Nicole Douglas and Stephen Williams; grandfather of Kevin Douglas, Anthony Jayden Douglas, Isabell Douglas, Anaya Grays, and Christopher Grays; brother of Tommy and William Douglas. He was the brother of the late Faith Douglas.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 22 at 1:00pm at Praise Tabernacle Church, 330 Park Avenue, Cranston with a reception to follow. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
