Born in Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, Berto was the beloved son of Niberto Ramon Belete and Celina Diaz.
In addition to his parents, Berto is survived by his son Aiden-Melo Vieng Belete, his brother Diego Dominguez, his sister Melina Dominguez, and many close friends.
He will always be remembered for putting a smile on everyone's face and lighting up every room he walked in with his positivity. He did all that he could to be a great father to his son and set a good example for him. He was a bright individual who did his best to make a difference in the lives he encountered in. His laughter, his smile and his exuberant personality will never be forgotten.
Visitation, Friday from 5 – 8 pm in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St. Providence. Funeral Saturday at 8 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Patrick Church, 244 Smith Street, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
