Octavio Manuel Pereira Jr. was granted his angel wings on September 28th 2016. His final hours were spent surrounded by family and friends that Octavio had touched in some small way throughout his very memorable life.Born in Providence he was a son of Octavio M. Sr. and Joanne (Dahlin) Pereira.Besides his parents he leaves his paternal grandmother Maria Vivian Pereira, a brother; Robert Pereira, two sisters; Carissa Pereira and Tara Masterson.Octavio's beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his children: Corbin Octavio Pereira, Alexandria Cabral and Parish Boyer Pereira. Visitation will be held Monday, October 3, 2016 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with a funeral home service to begin at 6:30pm. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt 117) Warwick.Burial will be private.
