Owen L. Williams Jr., 60, passed away November 21, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband of Debra J. (Scullion) Williams. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Owen L. Sr. and Evelyn M. (DiNuccio) Williams. Owen was the loving and committed father of Shane O. Williams and Dean O. Williams; brother of Guy, Garry and Glenn Williams. He also leaves his beloved dog Busta and many extended family members.

Owen was extremely proud to be the founder of Dean’s List. His mission was to help individuals of all ages and abilities fulfill their potential by providing quality programs and services in a spirit of love and friendship. He loved time spent at the beach with family and friends, boating and quahogging. He loved music, especially playing the drums and could be found several times a week hosting a musical jam session with the participants from Dean’s List.

At the family’s request, all services will be private.

Deb, Dean and Family so sorry for your loss . I first met owen I believe it was 5 -6 years ago while a board member at advocates in action. He and everyone involved with the Dean's List Welcomed me with open arms and it was greatly appreciated. I hope you can find peace with the memories you all shared together throughout the years.
